Terms and Conditions

• Rates include accommodation only.
• Management reserves the right to change rates without notice, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
• Rooms will be available at 14h00 and check in until 19h00 on the day booked for arrival.
• Late or early arrivals must be arranged with management.
• Guests who stay overnight will be charged for the stay.
• Departure must be by 10h00 on the booked day of departure.
• Late departure is at the discretion of management and dependent on room availability.
• It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
• In the event of any missing or broken item(s) in or damage to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected.
• No smoking allowed in the apartments.
• No pets allowed.
• Washing of vehicles or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
• Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours.
• Corporate bookings – corporate will be liable for the conduct of their employees.
• Should an eviction occur at the owner’s discretion, no refund will be made.
• 86 on Edison Guest Lodge and its owners or employees do not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury or death, howsoever arising, sustained by any person in or around the premises.
